Uni-Pac's Facility

Located in the Southwest Michigan town of Allegan, Michigan, Uni-Pac is centrally located between Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Holland. With over 225,000 square feet, our climate controlled, FDA Registered and cGMP compliant facility is prepared to take on contract packaging projects of varying scope and sizes.

About Our Facility

Established in 1995 to meet local packaging demands, Uni-Pac has expanded to fulfill contract packaging needs throughout Southwest Michigan. A 25,000 sq. ft. facility was completed in 1997 to house our production and warehouse operations and in 1999 a 75,000 sq. ft. addition was added to increase the size of our warehouse. In 2013, 125,000 sq. ft. of climate controlled space was also added. As the needs and demands of the contract packaging market continue to evolve and change, our flexibility, versatility, and ability to adapt allows us to continue to offer competitive, innovative, and efficient packaging services.

FDA Food Grade Licensing

Uni-Pac is registered with the Michigan Department of Agriculture as a Food Holding Facility with the FDA in accordance with The Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and The Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002. Our 125,000 square foot climate controlled space is consistently monitored. If the temperature goes out of the range of 20-25 ºC (68-77 ºF) staff is immediately notified and alerted.

TEAM Environment

We are committed to a unified team culture and our team is committed to you. Without our team, Uni-Pac would not be able to deliver the high standards of quality, and efficiency that are the foundation of our company. Our facility includes a large, comfortable lunch room with a pool table and big screen TV where we hold meetings, relax, watch "The Price Is Right", and enjoy well deserved down time. Life is all about balance; we work hard and we play hard.

Ethical sourcing & SUSTAINABILITY

At Uni-Pac, we believe in ensuring that the products we use are obtained through responsible and sustainable methods. Uni-Pac received a GREEN assessment, the highest possible rating, after the successful completion of our Responsible Sourcing audit.

Uni-Pac has partnered with our electric provider on multiple facility improvements in order to reduce our carbon footprint.
